Internal Communications, Marketing and Public Relations

Objectives:
  • To project manage, design, develop and deliver three editions of Vexpress (30 page printed internal magazine)
  • To increase the readership of Vexpress for the purpose of engaging with an exponentially growing team that is widely spread
  • To run, design and manage a 14 country PR campaign in the End User computing area of VMare
Strategy:
  • Undertake a research study in order to inform the strategic and creative direction of the magazines, and the supporting marketing and Public Relations campaigns.
Results:
  • Designed, wrote, developed and distributed three editions of Vexpress, which successfully engaged the growing team via interactive content and the introduction of a program of recognition via the publication
  • Increased the readership of Vexpress by 45%
  • Project managed and executed End User Computing research study across the APJ region in both 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 resulting in 800 and 850 media clippings
  • The development, project management and implementation for an End User Computing Research study and supporting Public Relations campaign, the first of its kind in the ITC industry, in both 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 received global acclaim with a saturation of media pick up across Tier 1 and Tier 2 targets
