Hotel Career Expo for Tourism Accommodation Australia (NSW)

Objectives:
  • To increase awareness of the diverse professional career opportunities available in the tourism accommodation industry.
  • To provide the leading hotel brands of NSW with an opportunity to meet potential recruits. To drive 1,000 attendees to the Expo.
Strategy:
  • An integrated communications campaign with powerful, relatable messages was developed to launch, promote and successfully deliver the inaugural Hotel Career Expo.
  • The campaign was bold, colourful and modern, targeted to 16-24 year old students, graduates and young professionals, driven by their own aspirational goals.
