In 2019 I was lucky to be invited to an event by Debbie from Zadro as Small Business Media. It was for the annual COSBOA National Small Business Summit; held in Melbourne. Often in these situations media are often left as an afterthought, invited at the last minute and left to fend for ourselves. My experience with Zadro was polar opposite. From the moment of the suitably timed save the date and invitation arrived, throughout the event and afterwards the debrief, organisation and consideration was impeccable. We felt like one of the team. PR content is clearly valued by Zadro; they treat media with respect; making sure we have appropriate space to produce it. The coordination with speakers is seamless and well managed with briefed introductions a natural part of the process. When this happens you feel relaxed, welcome and part of the event. Even afterwards my feedback was appreciated. I have attended many events over the years and no communications agency is as organised, considerate and easy to deal with as Zadro.
