Zadro achieves a 91 Net Promoter Score in client survey

It’s not easy to ask point blank what people think of you and the job you do. But that’s just what Zadro Communications did recently, knowing whatever the results, the feedback would be invaluable.

Zadro Communications conducted a client survey in April 2014 which revealed a very high recommendation score – meaning that the far majority of our clients would recommend our services to their family and friends.

According to survey, Zadro Communications received a Net Promoter Score of 91 out of 100. This universally recognised score is where clients rank the likelihood of recommending the agency to others.

The survey also revealed that clients believe Zadro Communications to be trustworthy, understanding, experts in their field and providers of quality service, time and time again. About 84 per cent of respondents used the words ‘creative’ and ‘customer-focused’ as those which best describe Zadro Communications, while more than 73 per cent described the company as “efficient”.

Just some of the clients who responded to the survey include Westpac Banking Corporation, The Star, Dockside Group and Engineers Australia.

It shows why and how the agency retains clients, develops new partnerships, and brings new clients on board.”
